Cook the dish in any cooking pot then deliver it to the old man at his hut. Read his journal and you'll find out that he's interested in a Spicy Meat and Seafood Fry so gather a meat, a Hyrule Bass, and a spicy pepper. Find the old man's hut in the southern part of the Great Plateau.Then, talk to the old man at the summit to claim the Warm Doublet. It's a long walk and you will take constant cold damage so you need cold-resistant food to stop taking damage. There are 2 ways to acquire the Warm Doublet: Bombs have no timer and can be exploded at any moment Getting the Warm Doublet Also, you might find a chest containing a traveler's claymore which is a decent melee weapon. Complete the shrine for the Bomb rune and a spirit orb. However, their lasers take a long time to charge so taking cover is easy. Climb over the wall to get to the shrine but make sure you don't get blasted by the guardians because they will defeat you in one hit. Start by going to the shrine in the Eastern Abbey. Teleport to the top of the tower using your Sheikah Slate and pin the 3 nearby shrines on the map or you can just use this handy screenshot: Blue: Bomb Shrine - Yellow: Stasis Shrine - Red: Cryonis Shrine Ja baij (Bomb Shrine) Leave and the old man will talk to you again. Follow him to the orange structure for treasure and complete the shrine for the Magnesis rune and a spirit orb. ![]() Climb down the tower then the old man will glide in to talk to you. Put the Sheikah Slate in the pedestal then a tower will rise up from the ground. Wait for Zelda to talk to you if she hasn't already then walk to the place marked on your Sheikah Slate. They have +2 armor over the old pants (-½ hearts taken per hit). ![]() Go to the big temple (Temple of Time) then walk down the stairs to some ruins. Walk up to the lake and jump into the circle of lilies for your first Korok seed. Pick up the tree branch, mushrooms, and apples. Outside the cave, go down the path and talk to the old man. Pick up the Sheikah Slate, shirt, and trousers from where you begin. Speaking of which, uncompleted shrines are orange instead of blue.
